NIU graffiti brings out ISU policeletter from President Bowman to faculty this morning says "While there is no evidence to suggest that the graffiti or the resulting rumors pose a true risk to campus safety, an increased police presence will remain throughout campus. Understandably, many students remain nervous. Students who wish to remain in their residence halls and apartments will not be penalized for missing class."
